Pros
1) Process oriented. 2) Group\Portfolio managers are easily approachable (Depends on group) 3) Learning provided here is good. 4) Sports and recreation is the best you can find in IT office campus across Chennai. 5) Solutions team / Magic Lab are the best supportive to handle the R&D of new technologies.
Cons
1) Worst appraisal process. Some case you wont get hike also. 2) Worst Sales team, during my tenure, I have noticed almost most of the big clients are moved away which were the leading players during Satyam.
