      Good onsite opportunities if you get into Europe projects Job safety Work life balance Good HR team

      Cons

      No salary hike since last few years. People here say that their exp is more than their salary At fresher you dont have choice to select project Mostly testing and support very few development projects Although CMM5 company many project don't follow process Some project does not provide shift allowance even if you work in shift

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
