Senior leadership is good but middle management is not capable of implementing the decisions taken by seniors. With Satyam's acquisition there are new areas they can focus on which would reduce their dependency on British Telecom and telecom sector as a whole.
Cons
work life balance is really bad. Also, the compensation compared with other companies is very less. Middle management is self centered and does not care much about the growth of junior members in the organization. This is evident by the fact that Techmahindra has among the highest attrition rate in the IT sector.
