Joined in 2011 at 11 lac at the position of Tech Lead. I had experience of 6 years at the time of joining. Got top rating of 1 in 2012 , 2013 . about to get rating 1 again in 2014 . Got prestigious ACE award also because of consistent performance . However in 3 years my salary was increased to 13 lacs only. No promotion was given even after giving best of me to company. Had I invested 3 years of my life in anyother company I would have grown much better. Politics in prevailed in every level & every department . Be it promotion , salary hike , onsite , work , project. If you can have lunch daily with your manager you can shine in company otherwinse even if you are steve jobs or bill gates you are useless for company .
