      Pros

      I don't find except learning new things. Management policies can give you headache. Treat some managers employee as a slave.

      Cons

      Time sheet not get approved no salary even if you are working on days. Even if you provide swipe details manager will ask to forget salary. No work life balance.if not keeping well then might fire you from project for leaves.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
