Pros
Nothing as such . They will tell there is onsite and will fire employees stating they don’t have revenue in the project.
Cons
Even the infrastructure is not good. They will fire employees for silly reasons. They wanted a reason to fire the employees then why to hire ? They will ruin the careers of new joiners. Higher management will have a team meeting only to tell that they are going to fire the experienced employees with more package. They want to run the company with 2-3 yrs experienced guys with 3-5 lacks package. And all U4’s and P1’s are always on fire.
