Pros
if you know your line managers well , you can literally not work and get paid
Cons
1. You have to over work to prove your worth to continue at onsite position. 2. Only Management folks get promoted. 3. No hike for the past 3 yrs. 4. Working good at client location is not good enough for you. You have to continue sucking up to your managers to be relevant in the team. 5. No growth at onsite, hence most of the folks are in the same level for long time i.e 5 to 6 yrs. 7. There is no technical growth in the organization. 8. Support Systems sucks. Immigration Team is almost non respondent or support team respond at its leisure. 9. If you want to technically grow , this is not your company.
