      Good Technical and behavioral training. Better work profile for a fresher. Good extra allowance money. Better support by seniors and managers. HR's are not bad.

      Cons

      Poor infrastructure compared to other firms. Less respect outside, for people working in this company. Poor payscales for experienced people. Low OnSite oppurtunities.
