      Pros

      First Bad is for worst leadership across all the verticals. I won’t say all but who all are good, politics doesn’t allow them either to stay or to be good. Second Bad is for policies. Policies used to be good but becoming worse year by year. Nothing in favour of employees. Third Bad but not the least is for management. They just don’t know about quality deliverance. Even the leaders are aware of such things. Any kind of employee is forced to work even he/she is not capable/willing to work.

      Only good thing about TechM is lots of favourism

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
