Pros

The co-workers were kind and friendly

Cons

From day one there were constant payroll and salary issues that affected not only myself but plenty other employees Payroll NEVER calculated the salaries correctly for me and payments did not match my payslips When asking the payroll team and management to pay the money they owe us there was NO REACTION The way the comapny treats employees is a shame. They use the most primitve management strategies sucha as threatening and intimidating employees in order to silence them when they complain about missing salary amounts, lack of overtime payment etc. Fraud and criminal amount of law violations are everyday practices Lies, lies and more lies are told when one tries to find answers Management thinks they are India and that European people can be treated with the same management strategies, zero understanding and respect for European culture Altogether the company is rotting with corruption. lies, fraud, cheating and damaging their empolees When employees leave they do not get paid ( this is a pretty common practice ) and exit papers are also not provided All in all this company is a shameful, corrupted rotting pile of disgrace. It is utter disgrace. NEVER GO WORK THERE!!

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
