      Pros

      Good Infrastructure Good transition company. If looking for a good package and nothing else go for it.

      Cons

      1. They let the knowledgeable person leave the company. Only believe in headcount. 2. The company only believes in billing everything else is waste for them. 3. They realize there mistake when a project is about to go from there hands. 4. Internally they will give zero hikes to a key resource but will hire a new resource with a 40% hike.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
