Pros
If you are one of the top performers, you will get onsite and normal Growth. Most of the Projects are testing and support. Dev projects with newer technology stack are fewer. Canteen Gym and other employees facilities are good. You get TechMahindra Brand Name. Things are fine if you are top performer, otherwise any day anything can happen.
Cons
For Ordinary performers, Very little Hikes, No Job Security these days they are firing people with 12, 17 years of experience and other performing employees as well. Mostly managers are non-technical. You are there in the company till you keep delivering, very little support if you get stuck with some technical issue, you are almost entirely on your own. Deliver and survive or perish anytime. Work Life balance and other things depends on the project. As in most organizations girls have relaxed rules. No hikes since past 2.5 years. Many employees were promised onsite but not given. Join only if you have no other relevant or better offer.
