      Seriously I cannot think of one!!

      Cons

      No work ethics Bad work culture, no professionalism If you are on bench, no one will ever help you get a project, you are on your own, even merit does not count Bad payer, no good hikes either People are made managers without any skill, merit The 'Jugaadh' rule rules Lot of politics within the team, if you are in good books of manager, all good will happen..or else you are doomed..

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
