Poor Resource allocation AFTER Initial Training Program. Poor resource allocation in the projects. Lack to technical managers. Poor man-managers. Very low salary for the amount of work done . Lack of quality appraisal program. Lack of onsite opportunities. Lack of promotions to deserving candidates. (You need to be a "YES-SIR " with your manager to get a promotion here!) Lack of understanding of the right resources to be sent Onsite! Favoritism amongst the managers towards certain resources. Exploitation of the resources as machines ,not humans! Improper management of Cab and allied services.
