      Pros

      Its a gr8 place for starters. "Teachers suck" is a thing of past. I swear that you will be guided by the best professors. You will learn a lot more than your 4 years of engineering. If you get a good project (thts luck...happens with the best of the companies)...you will be a happy person... Ther r no haphazard transfers...managers are good enough to understand your location preferences. If possible there is a provision for release from your project (provided you have created your backup)... Its a learning place...

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
