      Pros

      Nice place to work if you don't have any other option, Nothing much to say in Pros, Because as a company it is good, but they wont care about employees.

      Cons

      work-life balance is worst, We cant expect a correct compensation for the work we do, 45 hours of work is followed (i.e.9+Hours daily ). They won't care about the employees even during this pandemic, they care only about work and their billing

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
