Pros

- Lots of emphasis to constantly keep upskilling to stay relevant in the market - appreciates innovative mindset - if you are passionate towards your work, you can get lots of chances to jump up in the ladder and grow faster in terms of responsibilities and designation - there are lots of internal initiatives for individual growth like AIM, 1000 Leaders, Deep Makers, Career Aspiration programs - After the ugly voice recording leak, the HRs have been transformed and now they listen to associates and have been associate-centric. They have become more helpful now - there are lots of project on latest technologies - Great infrastructure, gym, badminton court, annual sports day, internal events

Cons

- Hikes are painful - Before Lockdown, for associates working from TechM Locations were supposed to log hours using facial recognition or Access Cards - that was kind of annoying as you had to complete 8 hours. Due to lockdown, things are easy now - poor Brand image- when you tell your other IT friend that you work for TechM, that is not kind of very glorious. Also due to this reason, some people don't want to join TechM sometimes.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
