      Pros

      HR are good and supportive. Top level management is good like delivery managers

      Cons

      few clients and no project are there. No increment in last 2 years. Some managers which are over 5 years are not open and friendly to team members and have very narrow mind thinking, they only think of there work and appreciation and dont thin about there team member and juniors growth ,learning , to help them and appreciateion them

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
