Pros

located in city center. Can have multiple rounds of Tea/coffee breaks if ur a manager.

Cons

Be here for a few years, and u feel most agitated, devastated, pitiable and all sorts of negetivity encompass you. No hike. Wrk day in and day out, and no shift allowance,/compensation, not even food bills reimbursement. (Company approves it, but managers dnt, for their own damn reasons.) Salary one of the lowest in the industry. Onsite only to ppl who can flatter managers. If u are a real performer, stay offshore and wrk like hell. Promotion only if u are too close to ur manager. Else a possibility that u are here for 10 yrs, and still a TG1. No proper appraisl. process. thy have appraisls, just as its a treand in industry to do. U get what u deserve, only if u put papers at a point of time when ur the most needed person in the project. No respect for employees. Sr. management itself quotes employee salare biggest overhead. Any griveriences by employes taken as cinical and sarcastic. Ppl in middle management do nothing, just pretend to manage ppl. Thy earn in huge figures, and engineers who actually put their heart and souls out to work get meagre amount as monthaly salary.

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
