      Not much. May be the compensation offered while joining. Market standing - amongst the top 5 Indian IT companies

      0% employee friendliness Worst policies - Support functions made to work for 9 hrs in office and expected to work 24/7 No work life balance Worst infrastructure - Filthy washrooms, floors and other work places. Easy to find rodents and insects on the floor. IT infrastructure sucks big time Highly political environment No processes Negligible organic growth No industry bench-marking in terms of processes and employee friendliness No work from home or flexi hrs Worst transport facilities Far off locations Blurred senior management vision Digitally handicapped - view the website and social presence once

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
