      One significant drawback in our benefits and compensation structure is the lack of adequate compensation for overtime (OT) work. Some employees are regularly required to work extra hours to meet project deadlines, but the company's current compensation package does not adequately account for these additional efforts. This oversight can lead to decreased job satisfaction and employee burnout.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
