      A list of cons first of all the salary package offered to freshers is way less than the current market standards and has been the same for more than 10 years. Very bad management as a fresher we are kept on bench for last 3 months with no clue of projects. So if you don't have anything left to do then you can treat it as a last option as something is better than nothing

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
