Very Low Salary - Associate Engineer Tech Mahindra Employee Review

-very useless management, one way communication -they have very high expectations from employees but no way employee having any expectation from the employer. -No way to address your concerns, very insensitive, machine-like, stone hearted and minded managers. -they say thanks to an employee if they are leaving the company. Imagine what kind of people these are, esp. after working 2+ years in the organization, this is how they treat an employee. -Even if you are a worst employee, still there should be some standards must be followed as an organization. Though I was doing average in the team, still I was treated I am the worst. I see no growth and no learning opportunities in the organization. -I don't want to give even one start considering my experience here.
