      Pros

      Work-life balance. Good for people who feel saturated in their careers and not worried about growth.

      Cons

      Century-old policies are not employee-friendly. Zero salary growth in 2 years It needs to rebrand itself as Tech Approval Mahindra. Needs approval for minimal requests as well. Client visit policies are pathetic. No growth. Talks about digital transformation. But can't transform itself.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
