Pros
Teradata provides it's employees freedom and flexibility around work schedules, and provides a good work-live balance - assuming you're disciplined enough to manage your time. Coworkers are passionate and dedicated to great customer service.
Cons
Teradata (and whole industry) is in deep transformation, lots of change right now. Many internal processes are difficult to use, but are being re-done now. Pricing is overly complex, but again, is being re-done.
