Pros
Some teams have it easy: long schedules and few changes in requirements. I can't believe people are still using waterfall in 2015.
Cons
Lots of 30+ year employees with little incentive to change make the company culture impossible to change. Some teams are so overworked that good people are leaving, and the remaining overworked employees are being asked to pick up the slack.
