Business Outlook
Pros
Strong CEO in place with great ideas. He knows how to lead a large company and is not afraid to make unpopular decisions if it will make the company successful. For the most part there is a good work life balance.
Cons
Some of upper management doesn't seem to have the same vision as the CEO. Sometimes there is conflicting information and it is confusing. Benefits are poor for a company this size.
