Pros
Loved the enthusiasm of the new go-to-market strategy. New CEO brings a passion that is exciting to be part of and sparked a passion within me to be part of something great. Lots of great people being brought on board to support this vision.
Cons
This passion may be squashed by sales management. Sheep in wolves clothing during the interview process. More concerned with their own professional development than helping the new teams be successful. Pretty disappointing.
