Pros
Integrated Data Warehouse solution works very well, scales infinitely. Good technical resources. Flexible work environment. Can work virtual, out of home office.
Cons
Struggling to acquire new accounts. Declining growth year over year. Bain took over and is permeating throughout various departments. New leadership is clueless, repeating the same "transformation" message for 2 years, trying to fool the Wall Street analysts. No solutions to offer customers. More concerned about sales operations than selling solutions. Cloud is questionable at best. Lack of customer focus and support. Constantly rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Looks like they are packaging up the company for sale.
