      Great place to learn Teradata with exposure to new emerging technologies. Great learning opportunities (if you are self-learner) Moderately flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Minimum compensation/benefits. No extra curricular activities. Very slow career growth. Me first Leadership. Lack of communication between employee and management.
