Virtual work and the ability to feel cared for in a diverse and inclusive environment. You'll be told this repeatedly until you almost believe it. It's a lie.
Cons
You will be worked 24/7, worried constantly about the next lay off, and be given almost no training or support to do your job. The politics are toxic, and even if you get lucky and have a good mgr, they will be chased off. Expect HR to never help you, and Leadership to be the greatest of hypocrites.
