Awful work life balance. Unclear product. Marketing is always focused on the next shiny thing but there is no clear vision on how to actually market. Sales team is stagnant. Go to market can’t figure out how to go to market. The product is outdated and the company is getting dizzy trying to chase Snowflake. Leadership is constantly changing. Yearly layoff cycle is incredibly stressful. You can expect one major layoff each year after October.
