Business Outlook
Pros
Very conservative company that is profitable overall. Some good challenges as they try to modernize their software and processes. Remember though that Teradata is an Analytics and Applications company and it is the Applications side that struggles a bit.
Cons
As with any job, it is as good as your manager and some are great and some have some learning curve. I always found it was difficult to find fulfilling work based on my experience. It is a big company, so lots of slowness abounds.
