      Solid technology. Motivated employees. Focussed on new technology.

      Cons

      They keep cutting senior employees with the most experience. Focus is on getting the most revenue out of customers. The top LT seems disconnected from the worker bees. To much focus on Culture and Diversity. No exit interviews (they no longer care?)
