Not Stable - Anonymous employee Teradata Employee Review

Upper and middle management have been struggling to run the company correctly for years Unstable employment Poor pay raises Constant management reorgs due to excessive management head count No applicable training to new employees. Forced to have 2 weeks of useless training, 1 1/2 years after I started. Training had nothing to do with my job, just VP's talking about their job. Lack of parking. Have to park on the street and walk in, if you're not there early enough or when there are conferences.
