Good people and relaxed work environment, decent break room and collegial atmosphere. Flexible scheduling and ability to work from home when needed without being hassled.
Cons
Unclear whether they have the chops to compete in the dramatically changing database/cloud technology environment. Old school sales-driven organization may not be agile enough to capitalize on new opportunities.
