      Traditional IT company, Great approach, loyal customers, respects employees, pays a decent salary, solid group of associates, great technology, worldwide presence

      Cons

      Needs better strategy for the future, sometimes targets are not clearly defined, need better sales strategy and tactical plans. Bad employees remains in the company too much time
