Still leading edge database technology. Good list of loyal customers and market leader. Talented people. Management finally sees the need to change/transform.
Cons
Fragmented and tactical business strategy. On the ground - every account is a battle to win. In the sky - too worried about Cloud. Meantime loves to talk about services and analytics - but all investment is still going elsewhere.
