Pros
Very relaxed environment. Work life balance is good. If you are settled in life and want to work in an easy going company, this is it! People mostly come at 9 and leave by 5:30. Very good training infrastructure and web portals. Managers are friendly.
Cons
Lack of big accounts. Long bench periods. Everything is manual and no automation. One has to follow up with different teams to get things done and their is no centralised system. Incompetent HR who does not care about employees issues. Lack of long term onsites.
