1. Great work life balance 2. Good work environment and culture 3. Complete work from home, you can go to office if you are willing to but they never made it compulsory at least till 2024
Cons
You might be hired for one project and then put in an entirely different role when you join. I was hired as Data Engineering Specialist and was put in Cloud Admin role. It completely depends on the project requirements which constantly keep changing.
