      Pros

      A very supportive team and culture, especially for a trading technology company. It has more of a tech or science company atmosphere. There were no ‘jerks’ or hostile politics.

      Cons

      For some it might be too quiet, too much of an independent environment (maybe due to the abundance of introverted science, math and engineering focused staff).

      Brilliant people Exceptional CIO to work with Flat Structure Lots of trust given to the teams Ability to make an impact young Significant upside if excellent Team culture - not silo'd teams No jerks

      Lots of upside if you contribute - but won't get paid for past job performance. Significant upside if you can prove yourself, but you need to bet on your abilities/growth.
