      Pros

      A lot of interesting research projects across all aspects of quantitative trading. Collaboration with very smart people. Not many inflated egos. Free lunch, great benefits.

      Cons

      Somewhat secretive, at least between different teams. Overall, however, much better than other firms in this space (as in, you actually talk to everyone).

      Brilliant people Exceptional CIO to work with Flat Structure Lots of trust given to the teams Ability to make an impact young Significant upside if excellent Team culture - not silo'd teams No jerks

      Cons

      Lots of upside if you contribute - but won't get paid for past job performance. Significant upside if you can prove yourself, but you need to bet on your abilities/growth.
