You have a lot of flexibility when it comes to hours and working around them. They will do their best to be flexible with your schedule, especially if you're a student in school. This job has a lot of room to grow. A lot of friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful coworkers. You learn a lot from the customers you help within the aisles, as you go through your day.
Cons
No Union. Partial Favoritism. As a part timer the contract clearly states that you can be scheduled anywhere from '0 - 29 hours per week', so read your contract carefully before applying for a job in the Home Depot. Customers have lie about a worker's Poor Customer Service skills, or Lack of Good Customer Service skills just to get a Worker fired. Some coworkers will send in their family or friends to lie on other coworkers to get them fired aswell.
