Store Associate - Anonymous employee The UPS Store Employee Review

Small shop with half of the employees being related. They would call out frequently and leave the non-related employees with covering the store when they were EXTREMELY busy. The owner would not pull you aside and speak to you privately about what was done wrong or needed improvement. Instead, you were yelled out in front of other employees and even customers. Was told at training that when you hit the declared value button, leave it at $199 instead of changing it to the standard $100 even if the customer did not want a higher declared value. No benefits what so ever. No paid time off, vacation time, holiday pay or health insurance.
