      Pros

      - workflow is predictable throughout the day. - you get to experience the printing solutions side of the business so like making flyers, posters, pamphlets/cards, etc.

      Cons

      - they are franchises so no real path to move on up. - no fixed pricing structures outside of certain fixed items so its hard to keep quotes consistent. - gets very busy so minimum needs two people. - you can definitely upcharge customers for things like printing and shipping, but no commissions.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
