Pros
I loved my manager and work team! In a busy environment having a good team is what keeps you sane. I loved the challenge of constantly learning new things. This job requires a lot of knowledge since the stores offer such a wide variety of services. If something doesn't come up very often you may need to re-learn it when you do it again months later. I liked that because there was always a new challenge and opportunity to learn.
Cons
The UPS Store is a franchise, therefore is separate from UPS corporate. Customers don't know or understand this and as the associate you must listen to angry customer complaints regarding issues that are outside of your control constantly.
