      Pros

      Alot of car time.

      Cons

      Awful management, long hours, forced to “volunteer”. They pretend to be a progressive company, but thats just to appease people. Your not aloud to have a beard, you have to work 14 hr meetings. Bad, stay away. No opportunity for advancement unless your willing to move to a random US city. There “culture”, is brow beating and judgmental.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
