Pros

Learned many new skills and met a few wonderful people. This job is interesting and challenging. Good entry level job if you want to get into printing and graphic design. If you're already a designer, it's a great place to meet new clients and hone your skills.

Cons

Busy and physically demanding. Most of the customers have no idea how packing and shipping works, and think it's supposed to be as cheap as the post office. Customers can get downright nasty for little to no good reason, ie. explaining to them that their package has a FedEx drop off label and we can't take it, or trying to explain to someone how an address label does not entitle them to free shipping, and having them scream at you for it. If you are a graphics/document services person, expect to be interrupted every 90 seconds while you try to design someone's business cards, flyers, banners, etc. Retail burnout happens quick here... and TUPPS is a franchise so expect low pay and no benefits.

Pros

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Cons

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
