      Pros

      Working for the UPS store was great because of the friendly work environment. I was taught quite a bit while working there.

      Cons

      I would consider the chance to grow from my position a con. You can only grow and advance so much in the store because its not too much to offer.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
