      -Periods of free time if business is slow, not much else -It really depends on the owner of the store

      -Horrible pay -No room for advancement -Policies and prices vary from store to store, making for a lot of angry customers.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
